  • Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and GCC Countries only.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery Charges: A flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies to all orders within UAE. For GCC countries, shipping fee may vary depending on location. Free shipping on all orders above AED 1000
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Returns & Exchanges

At Kemet, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Each product is crafted with care, and we’re confident you’ll love what you ordered. However, due to hygiene and quality standards, our bed sheets and bedding items are non-returnable, unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

If your order meets either of these conditions, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and receiving the item by emailing us at support@kemet.me. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos to help us resolve the matter swiftly.

           Please note:

  • All eligible returns must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be initiated and handed to the courier within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Charges

At Kemet, we want your experience to be seamless. Here’s what you need to know:

  • To receive a full refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition, with all original packaging, including gift boxes, pouches, and accessories.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

  • We are unable to offer partial refunds for incomplete returns. Items sold as a set must be returned in full to qualify. If any item is missing, a refund will not be issued. However, you may request to have the returned items sent back to you within 7 days, with shipping at your cost.

  • If your order requires signature upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive it. Missed delivery attempts that lead to returns may incur additional shipping costs, which are not covered by Kemet.

Exchange Policy

To maintain our high standards, we kindly ask that the original item be returned before an exchange can be processed.

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions — the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Upon approval, we’ll be happy to ship your replacement. Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.
